My passions energize me…living healthy, creating something meaningful, discovering new things.  Anytime I’m doing something I enjoy or something new & exciting I feel energized.

Here is a great example of something that energizes me…

Today on my flight from Minneapolis to Lansing I sat in between two people (yes, I’m one of those people who likes the middle seat).  I like the middle seat because then I have two people to talk to instead of one (yes, I’m one of those annoying people who talks to people on airlines, elevators, name your random public place).  Turns out the three of us are all entrepreneurs with great interesting stories to share & a lot in common (from airstreams to food choices).  We definitely needed a longer flight to continue the conversation, but we exchanged contact info & will stay in touch.

I love the way life works out.

I was planning to nap on that flight…discovering two new amazing people was way better though!
